ORDER FULFILLMENT

  • Once you place and pay for your order, please allow 2 business days for your order to be packed up and put into the post. 
  • We want you to enjoy your new vintage item as soon as possible, so more often than not, your order will be packed and posted sooner, but 2 business days is the maximum time you can expect.


POSTAGE TIME

  • Normal Parcel Post: Australia Post's Parcel Post service is Australia-wide, and they will usually deliver between 2 and 5 working days within Australia, although longer distances like Perth, and regional areas, can take a bit longer. Estimated delivery times for Parcel Post can be found here.

  • Express Post: Please contact us prior to purchase if you would like your item to be sent express. Australia Post's Express Post network covers 80% of Australian addresses.  A full list of the postcodes covered by the Express Post Next Day delivery guarantee can be found here. 

  • If your delivery postcode falls outside of the Express Post network and you select Express Post as a delivery method, Australia Post will use the fastest possible delivery method, but they can't guarantee that your order will be delivered next day. 
  • International Orders: Orders to locations outside of Australia can take anywhere between 3 to 15 working days, depending on the country we're posting to. Please contact us if you have a specific query about international delivery timeframes, and we'll do our best to find accurate timeframes for you. The buyer is responsible for all duties & taxes. We will not mark any item as a gift.
  • We cannot be held responsible for lost, late or damaged packages. If you would like to add tracking or insurance to your parcel, please contact us before making your purchase.
  • Urgent Orders: Please let us know before your make your purchase if your item is urgent! If you require your item urgently, please contact us and we will process your order as soon as possible.
